For Paul a hallmark of the Christian life is living into the 100% newness of resurrection. That means any and all of the old systems and rules are gone. This is all about living God’s kingdom out. One of the main contradictions between the Kingdom of God and our world is how we look at ourselves and how we are to serve others.

Jesus is alive. This news and its outcome defines Missio Dei. Because of Jesus’ birth, life, death and resurrection we are reconciled to the Father and stand before him confidently.

Jesus gathers his disciples together for one last meal. A meal where he will teach, prophesy of, and embody the gospel. Its a meal where he will ask them to not just be students but messengers of his ministry. Its where he initiates the new covenant where through Jesus sin will be remembered now more.

This week on Easter Sunday our service time will remain at 10:30 and will remain in the Post Theater. After the service we will head to 170 East 1st ave for our Resurrection Celebration.  The Party begins at 1:30 with food served at 2pm.  

Please Note: We will also hold Good Friday services at 6pm on Friday in the Post Theater.
